At Lazy Frog Kayak Rentals, we’re more than just a rental service — we’re a family who loves the water.

Kayaking gives us the chance to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple beauty of nature. Jake’s usually got a fishing pole in hand, and the rest of us just soak in the peaceful moments. Every outing is a little adventure — and we started Lazy Frog to help others experience that same joy.

Whether you’re floating down a scenic river, exploring a quiet pond, or just looking to unplug for the day, we’re here to help you make it happen. We provide top-quality kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and friendly, reliable service — so all you need to do is show up and enjoy the ride

We’re based in George, Iowa, and proudly carry the spirit of our parent company, Frosted Frog. Just like the tough, reliable Frosted Frog coolers, our kayaks are made with the same high-durability materials — built to handle whatever your adventure throws at them.

We offer:

  • Up to 6 high-quality kayaks available — $50 per kayak, per day
  • Canoe rental — $100 per day
  • Life jackets included
  • Shuttle service back to your start point

Delivery:

  • FREE for up to 3 kayaks- — anywhere within our service area
  • Just $20 flat fee for 4 or more

Service Area:


 We offer free delivery within a 60-mile radius of George, IA, with a minimum of 3 kayaks. Covering parts of South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. Deliveries beyond this area or for 4–6 kayaks include a $20 trailer fee

South Dakota:
 Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Tea, Brandon, Canton, Lennox, Hartford, Garretson

Iowa:
 George, Rock Valley, Rock Rapids, Sioux Center, Hull, Boyden, Doon, Sibley, Sheldon, Orange City, Larchwood, Inwood, Okoboji, Ocheyedan

Minnesota:
 Worthington, Luverne, Adrian, Ellsworth, Rushmore, Round Lake
